Commanded hospital ship Spanish-American War. With China Relief Expedition, 1900. In Philippines, 1900-1902.

Duty at Soldiers’ Home and Walter Reed Hospital, District of Columbia, until 1911. Duty in Philippines until 1915. Appointed commandant Army Medical School, Washington, October 1, 1915.

Retired December 3, 1918. Medical director Georgetown University Hospital, March 10, since 1919. Home: Washington, Distric.
