Formerly official court reporter, 3d District Court, Utah. Admitted to Utah bar, 1910, and practiced at Salt Lake City as member Evans, Evans & Folland. Assistant city attorney, Salt Lake City, 1913-1917, city attorney, 1917-1928.
Became Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of Utah, 1929, chief justice, 1937-1938. Now practicing law Salt Lake City.
