Founded as a father and son general local practice law firm prior to 1900, the present successor partnership dates from July 1, 1971, when the firms of Butler, Chapman & Morgan merged with Means, Evins, Browne & Hamilton. Principal representation has expanded to include corporate, banking, commercial, business, estate planning and probate, utilities, construction, products liability, workers" compensation, medical malpractice, debtor/creditor, domestic relations, and criminal law, and trials in all courts and administrative forums.
