Allotted Siletz Indians in Oregon and Pawnees in Oklahoma. Removed to Oklahoma, 1893. Secretary Oklahoma Ty., 1897-1901.

Governor May to November 1901. In law practice at Sapulpa, Oklahoma, 1908-1911, Guthrie, since 1911. Address: Guthrie, Okla.
