Career

Admitted to the Missouri bar in 1882. Prosecuting attorney Bates Company, Missouri, 1891-1892. Deputy labor commissioner, Missouri, 1910-1912.

Newspaper man; member 67th Congress (1921-1923), 6th Missouri District.
