Walker and Morgan is a successor in interest to the law practice created by A. Frank Lever, Junior, presently of counsel to the firm. Frank Lever has been a member of the South Carolina Bar Association since 1942.
He was a State Family Court Judge from 1977 until 1983 when he became of counsel to the firm. Judge Lever practiced with the late Frank Shealy as the firm of Lever and Shealy.
