Smith, William Ray was born on November 10, 1949 in Huntington, West Virginia, United States. Son of Morris Harvey and Nancy Jo (Dray) Smith.


Student, Marshal University, 1967—1970. Doctor in Chiropractic, Palmer College Chiropractic, 1974.


Chiropractor Huntington Chiropractic Clinic, West Virginia, 1974, Dunbar, since 1974. Member advisory council Workmen's Compensation Fund, since 1982, lecturer. Teacher to state health agencies, insurance companies, civic & church groups and schools ochiropractic.

Served with United States Army, 1970-1971.
