Admitted to bar, Washington, 1898, Idaho, 1899. General practice California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Montana, office at Los Los Angeles Attorney for Indian tribes of Northwest in claims against Government.

Former member Company I, 2d Infantry, Washington National Guard.

First lieutenant Company L, 3d Washington Infantry. Battalion adjunct 3d Battalion, 3d Regiment.

Resigned 1919. A founder Spokane Public Museum.
