Brown, William Thurston was born on October 20, 1861 in Medusa, New York, United States. Son of Review Henry and Nancy (McHench) Brown.

Education

Student Starkey Seminary, 1881-1883, Union University, 1883-1884. Graduated from Yale, 1890. Yale Theological Seminary, 1895.

Career

Ordained to Congressional ministry. Charges of heretical teaching preferred in March, 1896, and passed upon at Madison, Connecticut, by council of distinguished men of denomination. Acquitted of charge; pastor Plymouth Church, Rochester, 1898-1902.
