Willys Ruggles Peck was a Chinese secretary with the rank of Counsellor (American Legation).
Background
Peck was born on the twenty-second of October, 1882 in Tientsin, China. Dr. Albert P. Peck was his father and Celia Flags was his mother. On the first of January, 1907 Willys arrived in China. Most of his life he lived and worked in Beijing.

He got education at University of California (Berkeley, California).
Career
Wiilys Peck was a member of Board of Directors (Tsing Hua College, Peking). Also, he was a member of Board of Directors (North China Union Language School). Moreover, he worked as a President of Administrative Commission of Diplomatic Quarter in Peking.
