The practice was founded in 1965 by Franz-Josef Rinsche and now has twenty-eight lawyers, twenty-three of whom are in Hamm, four are at the office in Potsdam and one lawyer is at the Brandenburg office, which was opened in 1995. Whilst our main activities lie with Civil Law cases handled by the Regional Court of Appeal in Hamm (which also has jurisdiction over the Ruhr industrial area) and at the State Court of Appeal in Brandenburg, we also act as lawyers and notaries public to individuals both in Germany and abroad.
