Secretary-treasurer in charge of reorganizing American Cotton Manufacturers’ Association, since 1917. Secretary nat. council American Cotton Manufacturers, Washington, 1918-1919, 1920-1926 (charged with securing adequate supply of cotton goods for war purposes), also advisor to price fixing committee of War Industries Board.
