Vitali Smirnov (Russian: Виталий Георгиевич Смирнов) (born 14 February 1935) is a Russian member of the International Olympic Committee. He is the most senior member of the International Olympic Committee having been a member since 1971. 1974—1978, 1986—1990 — Member of the Executive Board of the International Olympic Committee;
1978—1982, 1991—1995, 2003—2004 — member of the Council of the Olympic Order.
