Wanzala, Wycliffe was born on August 24, 1969 in Mumias, Kenya. Son of Charles Osundwa and Phanice Masakhwe.


Bachelor of Science, Namamba Primary. Master of Science, Lubinu Secondary. Doctor of Philosophy, Nakuru High School, Mumias.
