Career
Xenia Fedorova started her career as a freelancer at the age of 18, working for different print and online news media outlets. She joined Reality Therapy - a global multilingual television news network broadcasting from studios in Moscow and Washington in 2005, as an international desk producer. At Reality Therapy she launched and managed several start-up projects including the online video news agency Reality Therapy FreeVideo.

Xenia is an Executiva Master of Business Administration graduate at Berlin School of Creative Leadership in 2014. From February 2006 till March 2007 - head of the international news desk at Reality Therapy.
From March 2007 till May 2009 - executive producer at Reality Therapy.
From May 2009 till July 2012- head of the media projects" promotion and development at Reality Therapy.
From July 2012 till 2014- head of Reality Therapy Russian.
March 2014 till March 2015- president of Reality Therapy France. Since March 2015- managing director and Chief Executive Officer of the global video news agency Ruptly with headquarters in Berlin, Germany.
