  • Achievements include pioneering research in three dimensional modeling greenhouse micrometeorology for climate control. Discovery regarding the effect of ground cover on rain splash dispersal of plant pathogens which have resulted in changes in cultivation practices and research directions. Created digital library of canopy architecture of hardwood forest canopies and its effect on biological pesticides and other microorganisms.

    Innovative models of ultraviolet radiation environment, atmospheric transport and transformation of Hg and biological agents, and turbulent transport processes in vegetation canopy.
