In 2005, she entered and won Reina Nacional de Belleza Mission República Dominicana 2005 was chosen to take part in Mission International 2005, where she placed as first runner-up. In 2007, she decided to compete for Mission Dominican Republic Universe 2008, where she earned the right to participate in Mission Continente Americano, won by Marianne Cruz.
