Yaheiji Saikawa graduated from Mechanical Department of Nagaoka Technical school (1916).
Career
Saikawa Yaheiji served as auditor of Electric Wire Manufacturing Company of Physics and Chemistry Research Institute, member Kashiwazaki Town Assembly and Municipal Assembly and then as a chairman of Niigata Prefectural Assembly (1951-1953). He was elected to House of Councils (1953). He serves as director of Nischikawa Tekkojo (Nischikawa Iron Plant) and president of Fuya Mokkojo (Fuya Wood Working Shop) of Physics and Chemistry Research Institute.
