Career
In 1925 Yamada Ichisaburo entered Dai-ichi (1st) Bank. He became managing director of Aichi Prefectural Savings Bank and Inazawa Bank (1926), vice-president of Inazawa Bank (1942) and director of Tokai Bank (1945). Appointed director of the Tokai Warehouse Company and member of' Aichi Prefectural Election Control Committee (1947), member of Aichi Prefectural Public Safety Commission (1948) and then became president of Daido Mutual Financing Bank (since 1952). Made inspection tour of Europe, America and the South Seas (1929). Book: Meiso-no Tabi (Travel of Meditation).
