Career
Yasui Mutsumi attended the 2nd International Silk Industry Conference held in U.S.A. as representative of Japanese silk fabrics producers (1951). Held numerous additional posts including those of director of Nihon Spinning Company, president of Ishikawa Prefectural Labor Standard Association, director of Nihon Kinu Jinken Orimonokai (Japan Silk & Artificial Silk Fabrics Manufacturing Industry Society), vice-president of Ishikawa Prefectural Employers' Association and director of Kanazawa Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
