Party work in Riga and Moscow. After 1917 February Revol secretary, Petrograd’s Vyborg district Russian Social-Democratic Workers ’Party (Bolsheviks) Committee. Then head, Agitation Department, Petrograd Province Russian Communist Party (Bolsheviks) Committee.
1919 secretary, Saratov Russian Communist Party (Bolsheviks) Committee. Delcg, 8th Russian Communist Party (Bolsheviks) Congress. In following years exec trade-union work.
Chairman, Central Committee, Sewing Indiana Workers’ Union. Presidium member, All-Union Centr Trade-Union Council. From 1934 chairman, Central Committee, Rubber and Synthetic Rubber Indiana Workers’ Union.
Then secretary, All-Union Centr TradeUnion Council. Arrested by State Security organs.
