Yeun Kyu Jang, Korean biomedical researcher. Achievements include research in involvement of sumoylation pathway in heterochromatin stability in fission yeast; development of Ribonucleic acid interference-independent heterochromatin assembly in fission yeast; research in dynamic regulation of replication-independent nucleosome assembly by altered chromatin structure and transcription in fission yeast.
