1909 graduate Stroganov Art College, Moscow. 1917 graduate three-year teachers’ training course, "Child Work and Recreation" Social.
Career
1909 began teaching career. Principal of a nursery in Moscow and simultaneously teacher. Preschool Section, Tikhomirov Pedagogical Courses.
Also taught on short preschool courses in other towns. After 1917 October Revol began pedag research at 1st Experimetal Station for Public Education, Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic People's Commissariat of Education. From 1922 taught at higher educational establishments in Moscow.
Made major contribution to the study of the laws of the development of esthetic appreciation in preschool children. Described the esthetic awareness, imagination and games of preschool children. Devised methods of developing expressive speech in children.
