PALCHEVSKY, Yevgeniy was born in 1899.


1925 graduated Kiev Medicine Institute.


1925-1929 Prosector, Bezhitsa factory hospital, Bryansk Oblast. 1929-1932 assist, and Learned Secretary, Ukrainia Pathoanatomical Institute, Kharkov, senior associate, Ukrainia Mechnikov Institute of Experimental Medicine, and Director, Pathoanatomical Clinic, Kharkov Institute of Roentgenology and Oncology. 1932-1952 Head, Chair of Pathological Anatomy, Stalino Medicine Institute.

1942-1945 military pathoanatomist in Soviet Army. 1952-1957 Head, Chair of Pathological Anatomy, and Deputy Director for scientific work and studies, Lvov Medicine Institute. Board member, All-Union Society of Pathoanatomists.

Board member, Higher Certifying Commission. Author of over 40 works on pathological anatomy.
