RADIN, Yevgeniy was born in 1872.
1900 graduate Medical Faculty, Berlin University.
1882, after two years of study at Natural Sciences Faculty, Saint St. Petersburg University. Exiled to Voronezh for involvement in student political movement. 1893-1895 took part in first Social-Democratic circles in Voronezh Province and did agitation and propaganda work among students and intellectuals.
1896 moved to Berlin to complete studies. 1902 intern, Kalmovskiy Psychiatric Hospital, Nizhniy Novgorod. 1903-1914 intern, Panteleymon Psychiatric Hospital, Saint St. Petersburg and school health-officer, Lesnoye Business College.
1916-1917 physician, Red Cross Psychiatric Hospital. After 1917 October Revol associate, School Health Department, People's Commissariat of Education. 1918-1928 head Child and Adolescent Health Department, Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic People's Commissariat of Health.
1929-1931 director, Child and Adolescent Health Research Institute. Member. Commission for the Improvement of Children’s Living Conditions, and Presidium member, Supreme Council on Physical Education, All-Russian Central Executive Committee. Wrote over 30 works.
