1889-1891 studied at Bern University.
Did Party work in Ukraine. 1893 arrested; 1895 exiled for five years to Sol’vychegodsk. From 1896 continued exile in Samara, where she engaged in underground Party work.
1902-1905 worked for Kiev Russian Social-Democratic Workers’ Party Committee. 1906-1908 worked for Bolshevik newspapers “Proletariy” and “Vperyod”. 1909 went to Siberia to join her husband in exile.
Taught and continued revol work. Took part in 1917 October Revol. From 1919 worked for Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic People's Commissariat of Education.
