Yevgeny Pankov is a Russian collector, antique dealer. He repeatedly transferred to the public use antiquities and works of print (in particular, he donated several pre-revolutionary annual sets of the Voronezh Telegraph newspaper to the Voronezh Regional Universal Scientific Library named after I.S. Nikitin)

He graduated from the Voronezh Polytechnic Institute with a degree in mechanical engineering (1968), German correspondence courses (Moscow, 1984).
Career
1968-1971 he worked as an engineer of the Design Bureau "Himavtomatika".
Researcher at the Research Institute of Electromechanics (1971-1992).
An expert on antiques company "Novator" (1992-1996), in the store "Nika" (1996-2001).
The head of the antique shop "Arbat" (2001-2005).

He is interested in gathering of scientific and technical antiques (clocks, precise mechanics, musical instruments and other items), rare books, paintings.
In late 2008 - early 2009, he organized exhibitions of works by the forgotten artist V.V. Ezhevsky in the Voronezh House of Artists, the Liskinsky Local History Museum and the Ostrogozhsk History and Art Museum of the Voronezh Region.
