In 1990-1995 Yevgeny Leonidovich worked as the director of Visual and Dramatic Arts Centre in Moscow.
Yevgeny Leonidovich is the author of the fountain "Sadko" (made of bronze) installed in the centre of the main square of Sumy (Ukraine), the sculpture "Justice and Mercy" on the fountain of the Mariyinsky Palace in Kiev (1980), "Prometheus" - at the Polytechnic Institute in Kiev, Mausoleum of Prince Vidt in Germany (1993), the sundial "Chronos" in the castle of Wilflingham in Germany (1994).
Yevgeny Leonidovich Kulikov is Laureate of the State T.G. Shevchenko Prize of Ukraine and the Diploma of the Festival "Theatrical Spring". He has received the first prize of the festival for the artistic design of the play "Oedipus".
Kulikov is a corresponding member of the Academy for the Arts (Moscow), member of the Artists Union of Ukraine, member of the International Biographical Centre (Cambridge, England), member of the American Biographical Institute (USA).
