Career
The Cincinnati Reds signed Rodríguez, considered a five-tool player, as an international free agent during the summer of 2008 for a $2.5 million signing bonus. Rodríguez made his professional debut in 2009. The Reds added Rodríguez to their 40-man roster after the 2012 season.
Rodriguez was called up to the majors for the first time on September 2, 2014.
