In 1921 Yamamasu Yoshihiro graduated from Kyoto Higher Sencultural School. In 1945 he received a degree of Doctor of Agriculture.
After graduating from the Kyoto Higher Sencultural School in 1921, Yamamasu Yoshihiro became an assistant professor and then in 1926 a professor at his alma mater. In 1945 he accepted the position of the chief of the School Affairs Section of the Kyoto Sen-i Semmon Gakko (Kyoto Textiles School). Then, in 1948 Yamamasu assumed an additional post of lecturer of the Agricultural Department of the Kyoto University. Since 1949 he also worked as a Professor of the Kyoto Kogei Sen-i Gakko (Kyoto Polytechnic & Textile School).
