In 1928 Yoshitomo Ushijima graduated from Tokyo University.
Career
Yoshitomo Ushijima taught in turn at Rikkyo University and Tokyo Girls' Higher Normal School and eventually became dean of Kyushu University's Faculty of Education. He was a specialist in psychology and a noted figure in educational circles. Ushijima Yoshitomo was the author of "Youth Psychology."
