Young-Wook Lee, American Astronomer. Achievements include discovery that variations in globular cluster age are most likely responsible for the second parameter effect, whichhas very important implication for the formation of the Galaxy; research on the origin of the Oosterhoff Period Dichotomy, origin of the sandage Period-shift effect, which determines the age-metallicity relation of the Galactic halo.
