Achievements

  • Achievements include research in fabrication of high quality epitaxial perovskite oxide superlattices for the investigation of novel physical properties of this new class of materials. Research in correlation between structural and opto-electronic properties of transparent conductive oxide thin films. Development of special rf sputtering chamber for the first observation of lattice relaxation of epitaxial oxide superlattices during growth with synchrotron radiation.
