Yuji Satsuma graduated from Chinese Language Department of Takushoku University (1923). He attended special course at Economics Department of Kyoto University (1926).
Yuji Satsuma Served successively as secretary of Daito (Great East) Cultural Association, part-time employee of Railway Ministry, professor and trustee of Takushoku University and Tokyo Higher Colonization and Foreign Trade School and director of Economic Department, managing editor and editor-in-chief of Kokumin Shimbun (newspaper). He was elected twice to House of Representatives and became member of Administrative Committee of the cabinet and chairman of Executive Board, director of Canvassing Department and member of Central Executive Committee of Progressive Party. He was a director of Takushoku University.
