Namlyeyeva received a Master of Science degree from Donetsk State University in 1998. Five years later she earned her Doctor of Philosophy degree in Physical and Mathematics Sciences from National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
Namlyeyeva began her career as an engineer of the department of nonlinear analysis at the Institute of Applied Mathematics and Mechanics of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in 2001. Two years later she took a position of a junior researcher at the same institute. Then in 2007, Yuliya was appointed a researcher at the Institute of Applied Mathematics and Mechanics.
Also she was a researcher working for Doctor's degree at the Institute of Applied Mathematics and Mechanics from 2009 to 2012. In 2012, Namlyeyeva became a senior researcher at that institute, where she worked until 2017.
Namlyeyeva was a president of Ukraine Young Scientists from 2004 to 2006.
Namlyeyeva has a child.
