Career
Takeuchi began his career with the position of president of Ibaraki Kotsu Kaisha (Ibaraki Traisportation Company) and official of several other local industrial transportation companies.
Later he was appointed chairman of Ibaraki Shimbun (newspaper) and president of Ibaraki Prefectural Chamber of Commerce & Industry (1947). Yonosuke also held some additional posts of managing director of Nikkeiren (Federation of Japan Employers' Associations), president of Ibaraki Emplorers Association and president of Ibaraki Tsuun Kaisha (Ibaraki Express Company).
