Career
An investigator of the Voronezh Central District Department of the Internal Affairs (1983 – 1986). Since 1986 he was a detective of the Department of Internal Affairs of Voronezh Oblast. Since 1992, a deputy head of the Special Rapid Deployment Force of the Department for Organized Crime Control, the Department of Internal Affairs of Voronezh Oblast. Participated in the localization of the armed conflict in North Ossetia and Ingushetia, combat operations on the territory of the Chechen Republic (1994 – 1996) and the Northern Caucasus (1999 – 2000) as a commander of the Special Rapid Deployment Force and composite militia detachment of the Central Chernozem region.
