Yury Petrovich Diakov was born on December 31, 1929 in Krasny Boevik village, Russian Federation.

Education

In Kotovsk (the former settlement of Krasny Boevik) attented the K. Petrova's art workshop at the House of Culture of the factory "Krasny Boevik" (1945-1946), and in Tambov - N.A. Otnyakina's artist's art studio at the Palace of Pioneers (1947-1949). He graduated from the Penza Art College (1954, teacher A. P. Krasnov).

Career

Yury Petrovich worked as a drawing teacher in high school (Khrenovoe village, Rozhdesnsvensko-Havsky district, Voronezh region) in the Voronezh Suvorov school. He was a portrait artist of an artistic and industrial workshop of the Art Fund of the RSFSR (1958-1968). Since 1957 he is a member of regional, zonal, republican, foreign exhibitions.

Achievements

In 1990, Dyakov's private exhibition was held in the exhibition hall of the Union of Artists. Now his works are presented at the Voronezh Regional Art Museum named after I.N. Kramskoy, Ostrogozhsky Historical and Art Museum named after I.N. Kramskoy.
