Sumiki Yusuke was a Japanese chemist and Doctor of Agriculture. Became well known for his study of the components of rice yeast. Is connected with some 20 scientific organizations. His books include "Vegetable Hormones", "Penicillin" and "Chemistry of Taste".
Sumiki Yusuke was born in 1901 Niigata Prefecture, Japan.
He graduated from Agriculture Department, Tokyo University.
