At age 19, in 1977, Yves Gaudreault attends Champlain College, St. Lawrence. He left in 1980 to study at the University of Toronto for an MTA certificate. He graduated with an MBA degree at Oklahoma State University. He later went further in his studies at the University of California, Berkeley where he was given the title of a Certified Plant Engineer.

Yves Gaudreault has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry with extensive Institutional and Construction project portfolios as well as experience managing large, complex multi-use development projects. Yves began his career as an Assistant Project Manager and evolved into positions including Director of Project Controls and Project Executive for notable Canadian Natural Resources Limited CNRL Firms. Working in both Union and Open Shop environments, Yves has a vast understanding of construction projects.
In his role as Senior Project Manager and president at Gazifere Global Company, Yves fosters an environment of teamwork and ensures that strategy is clearly defined while overseeing performance and maintaining morale. His strong communication and client service skills enhance Compass’ process-driven management philosophy.
Yves Gaudreault is a LEED Accredited Professional and Licensed Construction Supervisor. He has been a member of the Plymouth Building Committee since 2000. Christy’s education includes Boston University – Independent Concentration in Architectural Engineering and Construction Coursework at the University of Toronto, He got his MBA in Oklahoma state university, He was awarded a Certified Plant Engineer CPE at the University Of Toronto. Yves Gaudreault is a partner in CNRL(Canadian Natural Resources Limited). Mr. Yves has a comprehensive understanding of the global LNG and oil industries—legal, operational and commercial. He has represented clients in connection with the strategic assessment, project development and optimization of over 40 projects in the Americas, Asia, and Europe.
In addition, he works proactively to advise on charterparties, marine operations, marine services agreements, tug services agreements, risk management, and liability issues, safety and oil spill preparedness, as well as compliance matters involving U.S. anti-boycott laws, sanctions programs, customs, trade classifications and Jones Act requirements.
His clients include national oil companies, international oil companies, oil and gas marketers, utilities, financial institutions, project developers, project operators, and shipping companies.
Since 1990, Mr. Yves has concentrated his ability in Project engineering in the area of commercial litigation with an emphasis on engineering and construction law and international commercial transactions. He has extensive experience with construction disputes worldwide with a particular focus on projects in South America and the Middle East. In the construction field, his practice includes representation of owners, engineers, general contractors and specialty subcontractors in matters involving the offshore oil & gas, petrochemical, steel, heavy & highway, pulp and paper, power generation and general building construction industries on matters ranging from $1 million to $6 billion. Mr. Yves experience includes both private and public works projects, bonding and insurance claims, mechanic’s liens and Miller Act claims, government contracting and the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts.
Mr. Yves is a partner in the construction and infrastructure practice group. Mr. Gaudreault practice focuses in international and domestic construction projects, advising employers, architects/engineers, contractors, and sub-contractors in negotiating and drafting a broad variety of construction-related contracts; managing contractual claims during the performance of the works, and representing them in highly complex disputes.
