He represented Uzbekistan national under-17 football team in 2011 Fédération internationale de football association U-17 World Cup and 2013 Fédération internationale de football association U-20 World Cup. 2011 Fédération internationale de football association U-17 Championship he reached with team quarter-final of tournament. Two years later he was called up to play 2013 Fédération internationale de football association U-20 World Cup.
Urinboev also played in 2014 AFC U-19 Championship in Myanmar and was one of the top scorers of championship with 5 goals.
