Zenichi Nakahara

Education

In 1932 he graduated from Agricultural Economics Department of Kyoto University.

Career

In 1932 entered Agricultural & Forestry Ministry and served as kosaku-kan (offi­cial in charge of tenant farmers’ affairs), engineer of agriculture and forestry and member of Civil Administration Team of the Navy. In 1947 took the post of Farm Land Department and became since 1948 was the di­rector of Agricultural & Forestry Depart­ment of Tottori Prefectural Government.
