Achievements include discovery that 25 percent of endogenous Ca2+ buffers in a cell is mobile with molecule weight 20K Doldon; at rest membrane potential, fractional Ca2+ current through NMDA channel is 7-10percent; first combined measurement of action-potential and quantal secretion; 1st quantal secretion from neuroterminal by a physical sensor Federal Electricity Commission.
