Zinoviy FAYNSHTEYN, USSR Urologist. Professor 1953; Doctor of Medicine Science, since 1943; Head, Chair of Urology, Kazan Medicine Institute, since 1953; Chief Urologist, Kazakhstan Ministry of Health, since 1953. Order of Red Star; medal “For Victory Over Germany”.


FAYNSHTEYN, Zinoviy was born in 1899.


1923 graduated Odessa Medicine Institute.


1931-1953 Chairman, Uman Medicine Section. Bd member, Ukrainia Society of Urologists. Board member, Yaroslavl Society of Surgeons.

Member, Auditing Commission, 2nd USSR Conference of Urologists. Since 1953 has organized urological service in Kazakhstan. 1953 founded Chair of Urology at Kazan Medicine Institute.

1956 Chairman, Kazakhstan Society of Urologists. Developed a method of coagulating the bladder. Author of over 40 works on: tuberculosis of urinogenital organs.

Anesthesia in urology. Treatment of bladder tumors. War, industrial and everyday traumas of the urinogenital organs.

Blood transfusion in urology, etc. 1923-1928 surgeon, Vinnitsa Oblast. 1929-1931 intern, Urological Department, Fedorov Surgical Hospital, Leningrad.

1931-1941 Head, Urological Department, Uman Okrug Hospital, Ukrainia; 1941-1945 Chief, specialized urological hospital, and member, Council of an evacuation center, First Belarusian Front. 1945-1953 Head, Courses on Infant Urology in North-Ossetian, Stalinabad and Yaroslavl Medicine Institute.


Since religion offers a complete set of answers to the problems of purpose, morality, origins, or science, it discourages exploration of those areas by suppressing curiosity, denies its followers a broader perspective, and prevents social, moral and scientific progress.


Marxism–Leninism as the only truth could not, by its very nature, become outdated.
