1948-1957 Kadi (judge of Shariat Law), mahafizhafiz and Deputy Chairman, Theol. Board; 1952 attended Zagorsk Conference of All Churches and Religious Association Dedicated to the Defense of Peace. 1953 headed group of Soviet Moslem pilgrims to Mecca.
1955 member, Soviet delegation Syria to present Stalin Prize to Sheikh Mohamed al Asmar. Participated in congresses and conferences “for the defense of peace” and in meetings in Tashkent and Moscow on occasion of political events.
