As a results-driven strategist with 25 years of diverse experience, I have shaped transformational blueprints and orchestrated organizational excellence across multiple sectors. My journey includes pivotal roles in public sector organizations like the UAE Ministry of Justice, where I supported the Minister of Justice and the Undersecretary in executing major transformation projects, such as the overhaul of the judicial system, aligning with the UAE's vision and contributing to climate change initiatives ahead of COP28.
I have been at the vanguard of the International Framework for Court Excellence and played a vital coordinating role in the Higher Committee for Transformational Projects and the UAE National Executive Committee for the Rule of Law. My contributions have extended beyond national borders, evidenced by my inclusion in the UAE's government delegation to the World Bank.
With a foundation in business consulting with KPMG and roles in conglomerates and international aid organizations like USAID, I have a proven track record in strategic planning, project management, and innovation. My expertise encompasses a spectrum of skills from management consulting and customer experience to lobbying and media interaction, all underscored by a robust knowledge of sustainability, governance, and compliance.
A Senior Member of the American Society of Quality since 2000, with a Master of Science in Quality Management, I merge thought leadership with actionable strategies to drive change, deliver quality, and achieve organizational goals in complex, multi-sector environments.
