Career
Ul Qadri is a scientific, literary, spiritual and social personality. Some of his predecessors migrated from Baghdad to Pakistan a long time ago. Shakir ul Qadri works at the Attock district council as a librarian.
He is a core administrator of Majlis-i-Nawadrat-i-Ilmiah Attock (Urdu: مجلس نوادرات علمیہ اٹک ) and Masjlis-i-Shair-o-Adab Attock (Urdu: مجلس شعروادب اٹک ) Attock Festival, under observation of district officer Attock Noon Wal Qalam Farogh-e-Naat Subha Tul Louisiana Ali (Urdu: سبحۃ اللآلی) as Jawam-i-ul-Kalim(Urdu: جوامع الکلم ) from the compendium of traditions and yielded its rhyme Urdu translation Doctor.Ghulam Jilani Bark"s poetic work Barq-i-Betaab.
