In 1983-1994, Adgur Mikhailovich worked at the Sukhumi Russian State Theatre for Young Spectators. He performed one-off productions in Voronezh, Novosibirsk, Sovetsk (Kaliningrad region), São Paulo (Brazil) and other cities ("The Suicide" by Nikolai Robertovich Erded, "The Miracle of Saint Anthony" by Maurice Meterlinck, "The Notes of a Madman" by Nikolai Vasilyevich Gogol, "A Very Simple Story" by Maria Lado, "Bernarda Alba's House" Garcia Lorca and others. Among the productions: "The Murder of Gonzago" by N. Iordanov, "The Lonely West" by Martin McDonagh, "The Love People" by Nina Nikolaevna Sadur, "The Talents and Fans" by Alexander Nikolaevich Ostrovsky). Chief stage manager of the Borisoglebsky Drama Theatre named after N.G. Chernyshevsky (1998-2007), the teacher in the studio at the theater, stage manager of the Voronezh Young Spectators' Theatre (2007-2009).
