In 1974 Olga Ivanovna graduated from the Voronezh Music and Pedagogical College and in 1979 - the Voronezh State Institute of Arts (the class of Associate Professor L.E. Ezhov).
Since 1983 Olga Ivanovna was working at the Voronezh State Institute of Arts (now Voronezh State Academy of Arts) as lecturer, senior lecturer, associate professor, professor (2005) and head of the department of choral conducting (since 1997). Since 1997, the artistic director of the choir of the Voronezh State Academy of Arts.
As chairman and member of the jury, Olga Ivanovna took part in many city, regional, Russian and international competitions. She is the chairman of the choral section of the regional methodical center.
