Aimi Kou

Background

Aimi Kou was born in 1874.

Education

He went to England and France (1910) for study. He is noted as a specialist in Oriental paintings, and is a member of the specialized committee of the Cultural Assets Council.

Career

He engaged in editing works on fine arts at the Shinbi Publishing House. He is author of many books dealing with fine arts.

Achievements

• Afterwards, he founded a publishing house which came to be referred to as the Geikaisha.
